Cloud line sits below the ridge
In one dawn shot the cloud deck lies flat below the summit while the peak stays clear. Weather here apparently has an altitude, not just a time of day. Confirmed after members found the same effect in a second clip.

Fire tower catwalk sits open
The timber fire tower on the north slope has its trapdoor propped and the catwalk railing intact. Everything about it says the developers expect us up there. No interior has been seen yet.

Guardrail gap on the high hairpin
Four metres of guardrail are missing on the outside of the highest hairpin. Fresh gravel is scattered across the asphalt right there. The story that detail tells is not subtle.

Smoke from a ridge cabin chimney
One log cabin below the tree line pushes a thin plume from its stone chimney. It is the only sign of a person for a kilometre in any direction. Somebody lives up here, and that matters for missions.

Quarry conveyor still turning
Grey dust falls off the end of a conveyor belt above an empty quarry floor. No truck, no crew, no lights in the site trailer. The belt running by itself is the whole reason this Spot exists.
